These terms govern use of the Jazwares storefront at jaazzwwares.shop and any order placed through it. By browsing the store or completing checkout you accept them. They are written for this store only and do not describe any other company, affiliate, or licensor.

Using the store

Product descriptions, images, and prices are kept as accurate as we can make them, but a listing can contain an error. If an order is affected by an obvious pricing or availability mistake, Jazwares contacts you before shipping and either honours the order or cancels and refunds it in full. Prices are in USD and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout and collected in accordance with applicable law.

Orders, shipping and returns

Jazwares ships to addresses in the United States only, with free shipping on every order and no minimum spend. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day; handling takes 1-2 business days and standard transit is 4-6 business days. An order may be cancelled at any time before it ships.

Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery. Jazwares pays return shipping for both a no-reason return and a return caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and no restocking fee is applied. Exchanges are supported subject to availability. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Custom or personalized items, clearance and final-sale merchandise, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been opened are outside the return window.

Intellectual property

The layout, text, and images published on this storefront are used by Jazwares to sell the products listed here. Product names and marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods offered for sale; nothing on this page grants any licence to those marks. Copying this store's pages or listings for use elsewhere is not permitted.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep the email address used at checkout accurate, since order confirmations, tracking, and return instructions are sent there. Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at scale, or place orders using payment details you are not authorised to use. Jazwares may cancel and refund an order it believes was placed fraudulently.

Payment and privacy

Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted payment pages and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Jazwares never sees or stores a full card number and will never request a password, card number, or one-time code by email or phone. How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy, and California residents can exercise CCPA and CPRA rights through the Do Not Sell or Share page.

Limitation and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement. Otherwise, Jazwares's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
